It also assesses the organizational context that impacts mind health by measuring twelve workplace and lifestyle factors.

For employees, this anonymous, user-friendly survey takes under fifteen minutes to complete, and gives them a personalized report with tailored guidance on improving their own wellbeing. Confidentiality is guaranteed as only aggregated results are shared with the organization, and personal data is not retained in our systems.
