Mental wellbeing has declined globally, and profoundly more for successively younger generations. There is no precedence of such a trend. Unless comprehensively addressed, this can have a monumental societal impact. We need to bend the mental health curve upwards.
We can’t manage what we can’t measure. Put another way, let’s measure what we treasure! The scientists at not-for-profit Sapien Labs have created the most comprehensive, scientifically validated assessment for wellbeing – the Mental Health Quotient (MHQ). This has now been taken by over 1 million people across 65 countries.
I have decided to NOT be a bystander to this phenomenon. If you are still reading this, it is likely that you don’t want to be one either. My humble request: take the MHQ and/ or share with anyone in your family, friends, company or community who may benefit. It takes 15 minutes, is totally anonymous, free of charge, and gives valuable insights on specific actions each person can take based on their unique situation.
