Episode 8: Let’s seek inspiration from humanity, not technology

It might or might not have been Albert Einstein who said “Learn from  yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”

It is worth a ponder.

Homo sapiens first reportedly appeared on earth 200,000 years ago.  Considering a global average human lifespan of 73.4 years (WHO, 2019),  that was a stunning 2,755 life times ago! All through the ages and in every  great civilization, our ancestors – thinkers, philosophers, sages – took  pains to capture their learnings in scriptures and texts for the benefit those  who were to follow. Much of their teachings were about living a positive,  healthy life in harmony with our fellow beings. Even today, there are  inspiring examples of people living lives in resonance with such principles.

Tune into this 3 minute video on what we can learn from some of the  happiest and longest living people on the planet.
